Erasmus+ timeline
Notes: Management, coordination, dissemination plan, reporting.
Status: Planned
Purpose: For our project to achieve its goals, our project will have a comprehensive management and dissemination budget that our
partners can benefit from. This budget will contribute to the implementation of various activities planned during the project
process and the effective dissemination of the project.
Areas of Use of the Budget:
Educational Activities:
In our project activities, there will be educators that institutions cannot provide with their means. The fees of these educators
will be covered by this budget.
Workshops on plant cultivation will be organized in our activities. This budget will be used to provide the necessary
educational materials and equipment for these studies.
No budget has been allocated for the participants of the host organization in the activities. Host organizations will cover the
possible expenses of their participants from this budget and eliminate the risk of achieving the goals.
Project Dissemination Activities:
This budget will be used to organize the dissemination activities, promotion campaigns, and information meetings of the
project. Our website, which we will prepare as a dissemination tool, will be created with this budget.
For the project results and successes to be permanent and contribute to the project’s recognition and sustainability, our
partners will cover advertising and promotional products with this budget.
Project Management:
Partners will be able to benefit from this budget for possible expenses from project management. Thus, there will be no
disruptions in the management of the project due to costs. Partners will be responsible to the project coordinator for the
spending of the management budget in line with the project’s objectives.
Risk Management:
The management budget can be used for risks that may be encountered during the project process. The risk plan to be
created at the first meeting of the project will specify how this budget will be used.

*Creating documents on what agricultural tools made from waste will be used for. (Photographs of these tools will be taken
and their areas of use will be published on our website and social media accounts)
3.4. Days
*Soil mixtures and the amount of nutrients they will need will be learned according to the characteristics of plants.
*Making fertilizer from natural waste:
Participants will learn about the types of fertilizer production from natural waste and work on fertilizer production.
A-Composting:
Creating a compost pile with your organic kitchen waste and garden waste.
B-Animal Manure:
Getting technical information on the use and preparation of this fertilizer.
5. Day
Participants will prepare fertilizer mixtures in groups and prepare documents on how to prepare these mixtures and how and
for what they will be used.
Workshop: Soil, watering, seasonal plan.
Materials: Seed kits, guides.
Purpose: In the previous activity of our project, we learned about the introduction and production of equipment for growing plants on
balconies, proper soil preparation and making fertilizer from natural waste. In this activity, studies will be carried out on the
classification of plants according to climatic conditions, the location of balconies according to the sun, their growth
characteristics, the classification of plants according to seasonal growth characteristics and the design of balconies in a way
that will save energy. Summary of these 6-day studies:
*Participants will work on planting plants on a balcony suitable for growing plants through group work.
1-Group Formation:
Participants will be divided into groups with adults. People with different skills and experiences in agricultural issues will be
