The backbone of the entire project. CERD Slovakia coordinates monthly online partner meetings, quarterly reporting cycles, website hosting, social media promotion, and all quality monitoring systems throughout the 18-month period.

All four partner organisations convened in Ankara for an intensive two-day launch. ACIA Turkey hosted managers who aligned on objectives, appointed role-holders, and established collaboration frameworks.

Shelter International hosted 16 educators from all four partner countries alongside 20+ local adults for five intensive hands-on workshop days combining climate literacy with practical green skills.

In Slovenia's Savinja Valley, participants worked in multicultural groups led by DA SAŠA to design energy-efficient balconies and cultivate real produce — combining Germany workshop knowledge with new field experience.

CERD led production of a comprehensive multilingual digital guidebook while each partner simultaneously hosted a national multiplier event reaching 30+ educators and administrators per country.

Partners are reuniting in Slovakia for the project's closing meeting. CERD hosts this final gathering where all activities are reviewed, objectives assessed, and the formal Erasmus+ report is collectively prepared.
